Sweet wines

Sweet sweet wines are so various that it is convenient to divide them into three groups independent and unlike at each other: wine of Tokay type, Muscat wines and red dessert wines. They differ by origin, to chemical composition, technology of preparation and the organoleptic characteristic. Winemaking as art, at once several components are necessary here: creative approach, continuous search of decisions and courageous experiments. And for this purpose the qualified personnel, the latest equipment, modern technologies and, of course, high-grade wine materials is required.
